today is the 6th day since ive been back from Sydney with mas.. i got sick about 3 days later and now im feeling better.. soon ill recover fully.. amin! im still coughing and i still have a cold... i do not like coughing so violently... felt like theres a knot in my tummy and my insides are ripping apart... perhaps that's a bit much to describe it like that.. but i seriouslly cannot wait to heal~ so tired...

moving on... i have not uploaded my pictures here yet tho.. maybe i should... there's just so much.. i might pick some and display them here.. 15more minutes till 9pm.. i think ill write my experience in aussie below... seems like i have not come around to do that yet..

life in Sydney:

it was cold... it was TOO cold.. but i can't remember how cold it was when i was in Japan.. so i cannot compare much... but it was freezing.. muizzah's sisters' house is so adorable and very comfortable indeed... i love the room mas and I stayed in.. the blanket was super thick n it kept us warm all the time we're in it... muizzah's sister aka kaka shikin is an amazing cook! i was blown away each night we ate her home cooked dinner.... the smell of the onions etc all the way from the kitchen downstairs reminds me of home so i missed home less than i imagined... but once i turned on my cam recorder and saw one clip of cleo.. i totaly lost it... i didnt cry i might add.. moving on.. first time walking to the train station from the house was a nightmare!! it felt like the road never ends.. we kept on walking and walking... and the wind won't stop blowing towards us... but the 2nd time we walked to the train station on our own that WAS FUN! we rely on each other to remember some parts of the pathways to get there.. teamwork! *high fives mui n mas*

shopping was a bit hard.. most of the stuffs are for winter.. like japan too.. stuffs sold are based on the season... im guessing other countries are like this as well? and the most shocking thing i encounter was.. ASIANS!!! AND lots of them too!! i did not expect to see a lot of them.. korean, japanese, chinese... we saw 2 bruneians while shopping in Paddys' market.. they noticed us and vise versa.. food is surprisingly easy to find... you won't get hungry there at all.. i never eat in a restaurant in japan.. couldnt find one that is halal around where my brother lived... thailand was different.. a lot of muslims there so there are a lot of muslims restaurant... i do want to make this comment about aussies airport... the one i went to was the international airport if im not mistaken.. it was not how i expected it to look like... its bigger than brunei's ofcoz but its kind of small... thailand's airport is by far my fav. airport yet!!
